Is there a lift?
No: the apartment is on the first floor of a building without a lift. Perugia’s historic center is uphill and walked; there is no reception. If you have heavy luggage, a stroller or mobility needs, write first: we will say whether Downtown works or Train Station is wiser.
Where do I park?
The nearest option is SABA Sant’Antonio, a three-level garage at Viale Sant’Antonio 1, about 250–300 m from the apartment. Roughly €2/hour or €20/24h — always check the SABA website, or call to reserve. The apartment is on a ZTL street, but SABA is accessible without entering the ZTL, so you can use the car freely without time slots.
How does check-in work?
Almost all check-ins are in person. Remote self-check-in is exceptional, for arrivals outside check-in hours, and must be requested in the notes. De visu verification (TULPS) and guest registration remain mandatory: in that case codes are handed over only after an on-site video call, with a valid ID.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00. Check-out is by 10:00. Different times can be agreed in advance in the request.
Can I rent just one room?
Yes. Option 1: double room with shared bath and living room (also two groups in different rooms). Option 2: the apartment rented for 2 as a two-room flat — the other bedroom stays locked and empty, with private access to bathroom and living room. Option 3: whole apartment for up to 4 adults, +2 children on request (two rooms, extra beds +10%).
How many guests?
Maximum 4 adults. On request up to +2 places for children only (so at most 6 people in total, not 6 adults). The two rooms can also be booked separately by two different groups, with shared bathroom and living room.
Is the center noisy?
You are in the historic center, not the countryside. Daytime activity, evenings vary by season. No parties in the home. If you need isolated silence, Downtown is not that promise.

No, breakfast is not available. A short walk away: Pasticceria Sandri and Caffè Vannucci on Corso Vannucci. Wi‑Fi is available; washer, bed linen and 3 towels per person.
