Long-distance buses stop either at the Bus Terminal in Piazza Partigiani or at Fontivegge Train Station. If you can choose, get off at Fontivegge Train Station and head inside the train station. From there, follow the brief instructions in the "By Train" section below.

If the bus stops only at Piazza Partigiani, you can either 1) take a local bus to reach the Fontivegge train station, OR 2) hire a taxi (available at the bus terminal), OR 3) walk. Walking will take approximately 30 minutes (1.6km), entirely downhill.

By Train

Get off at the station "PERUGIA" or "PERUGIA FONTIVEGGE"—it's the same station, but the name may vary depending on announcements or signs. Important! Do not confuse it with "Perugia Ponte San Giovanni" or "Perugia Università," which are different stations and not suitable for your destination!

Once you arrive at "PERUGIA" or "PERUGIA FONTIVEGGE," the easiest way to reach the property is on foot, exiting through the rear exit of the station. Avoid the main exit (the one with timetable boards and ticket offices) and look for the rear exit, recognizable by stairs leading downwards and a small tunnel that transitions to a gently sloping ramp at the end. If you are out of the main exit, re-enter into the station and take the stairs down and continue to the other exit.

After exiting through the rear, you’ll find yourself on Via del Macello. Stay on the sidewalk and walk to your left. After approximately 50 meters, you’ll see a building on your right—cross the street and approach the doorway with the number 31. You’ve reached your destination!

By Car

WellStay Perugia Train Station is easily accessible by car by entering "via del Macello 31, Perugia" into any GPS navigator.
The property offers free public parking in the vicinity, or you can opt for paid parking spaces nearby. Price is €1.60 from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM on weekdays, while parking is free during all other hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Just 50 meters away, you will also find Garage Sicilia, a secure parking facility with a daily rate of €8 (24 hours).

In Aereo

From the Umbria International Airport - San Francesco d'Assisi:

1. Taxi: Approximately 20 minutes, fare around €30. You can find taxi drivers out of the airport.

2. Bus: Take the "AirLink" or any other bus service which comes to the Perugia train station, get off at Fontivegge Train Station, and follow the instructions "By Train."
